Backup / Restore
In the Backup / Restore section you can execute the following actions related to management of
configuration files:
Saving the current configuration file
Restoring the factory default configuration
Restoring a previously saved configuration file
3.3.5.1.1
Saving the current configuration file
Click on the
Generate archive
button.
The backup file will be downloaded to your PC (either to the Downloads directory or to a selectable
location - depending on the browser used). The default file name is “backup-AP-<Date>.tar”.

Restoring the factory default configuration
Click on the
Perform reset
button.
A confirmation request message will be displayed. After confirmation the device will reboot and restart
running with the default configuration.
