ADJUSTMENT OF FINAL POSITIONS
Adjustment of the final closing position and the final opening position of the doors is carried
out according to the Manual on the control unit. Before adjustment of the final positions, it is
necessary to set manually the door leaf to the intermediate position by means of the drive chain
reducer or by the drive releasing.
After adjustment of final positions, it is necessary to check the movement of the door leaf us-
ing the control unit. Make sure that the door leaf stops at the required final positions, and the
control unit indication corresponds to the extreme closing and opening positions of the doors.
If necessary, adjust the position of the doors.

TESTING AND COMMISSIONING
After product mounting, connecting and adjustment, several steps must be taken to verify
proper operation:
• make sure that the full scope of the instructions in section ‘1. General warnings and safety
rules’ and other requirements of the manual are complied with.
• ensure stable and secure mounting of the drive relevant to the loads. All previously
removed drive covers must be replaced.
• release the drive. Manually open and close the door several times. Make sure, that the door
is balanced, that there are no points of increased resistance to movement, and there are no
assembly or setup defects. Return the drive to the engaged state.
• perform the full ‘

close
’ cycle using the drive control unit. Make sure that the door leaf
moves in the required directions, stops at the desired final positions. Make sure that the leaf
of the door moves smoothly.
• check the operation of the drive system according to the requirements of Manual on the
control unit.
