1 - PRESENTATION :

2 — GENERAL SECURITY INSTRUCTIONS
When using this equipment be sure to follow the regulations applied in order to reduce the risk
inherent to its usage.
-» Read this Instruction Manual intently.
-» Only use the machine according to the instructions in this manual
-» The operator should be fully trained and qualified to operate this machine.
-» The operator should wear close-fitting clothing; hair tied and should be familiar with the functioning of the machine.
-» Always keep the work zone clean, free of objects and with the necessary illumination.
-» It is forbidden to remove or alter any security device. If any alteration is verified, ALTRAD Group declines any responsibility in eventual
damages to people or objects.
-» Any electronic work should be done by qualified personnel only.
-» Perform the maintenance recommended in this manual and respect its regularity.
-» When cleaning or performing maintenance on the machine; disconnect it from the power supply.
-» Never operate the machine under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication that might influence physical capacity.

4 – STARTING-UP INSTRUCTIONS
4.1 – Starting-up
-» Install the concrete mixer in a flat zone with sufficient space to make its load and unload.
ELECTRICAL ENGINE
-» To connect this machine to electricity it is obligatory to:
The energy plug be compatible with the machine connection
The cable used must have three conductors (Phase, Neutral and Land) with a minimum section of 2.5 mm

The net tension should be 230V 50Hz
Have protection against short-circuits of 10A installed in the machines’ supply board.
4.2 – Use

st
- Start the concrete mixer by turning the switch on.

nd
- Tilt the drum to the desired angle.

rd
- Full the drum with the components to manufacture concrete in the following order:
½ of the water
½ of the sand
All the cement
Remaining sand
Remaining water
Additives

th
- Once the concrete is done, tilt the drum in order to pour the mortar.
5
th
- Turn the switch off once the concrete has been made.
