 for repair or modification, first obtain a Return 

Authorization Number (RA) from AITech.  Any product sent to AITech 

without

 an RA 

will be

 

returned

 to 

the sender.  Call or e-mail Technical Support to obtain a RA number.

Please ensure your product is adequately cushioned to prevent damage during shipping.  Please include all 
hardware and software that came with your
