Step Three- latch tension
adjustment

Flip the assembled part around and close
the main beam to engage the latch
•
At this point the latch may or may not
engage fully
•
Using the 5/32 Allen key provided with your
parts adjust the set blots (1)
•
The latch assembly mounting holes are oval
in shape, this is to allow for forward and
back movement to adjust the tension
•
Once the desired tension is achieved tighten
the two bolts (2) until the latch assembly is
secure.
•
Using a adjustable wrench tighten the jam
nuts on the set bolt to secure the location

Test the latch assembly multiple times to
ensure correct locking
•
