Download the “WiZ app” from the Google Play store or the App Store to control your
Wi-Fi setup.
•
If there is a power outage and the fixture is being operated on a stored schedule, the
product will return to its default color when power is restored.
•
If the product is operating in a color mode and the power is lost, it will return to default
setting #1 when power is restored.
•
If the Wi-Fi is lost or power is lost to the fixture, the fixture may need to be paired again
to regain phone or tablet control.
•
There is approximately a half-second delay to start the light using voice control. The
delay can be adjusted from the phone app along with the time for the fixture to fade to
off when it is shut down.
•
This fixture does not have a motion sensor or dusk to dawn sensor. To maximize
energy savings, please use the scheduling feature on the phone app to control the
lights.
•
If the fixture location is outside the Wi-Fi coverage area, using Wi-Fi extenders could
help resolve the issue.
