Access Guards

Make sure they are closed.

E-Stops

Verify both e-stops are reset (pulled out) and the e-stop condition is reset on the HMI.

Container-Present and Reject Photo-Eyes

Adjustment

From recipe to recipe, the container present photo-eye and reject eye may require adjusting to accommodate
different size containers.

To adjust the photo eyes, loosen the hand clamp device and adjust vertically to the scale reading indicated by the
recipe.
