FIT THE SOLAR CONTROL BOX - Figs. 11, 12 and 13
1.
Decide upon the position of the control box which must be accessible and kept free from moisture. Ensure that the
position meets the requirements given in Figs. 11 and 12.

Secure the mounting bracket to the wall using two screws and plugs. See Fig. 13.
3.
Remove the two screws securing the front cover. Remove the cover and secure the control box to the mounting bracket.
Replace the cover.

FIT THE DRAIN BACK UNIT
The DBU must be installed on a flat vertical surface, which is capable of supporting the weight of the full DBU (see Section
2.3). The DBU should be secured in position using the fixings supplied.
To fit the DBU on wall
1.
With the help of Fig. 6, decide upon the position of the unit, taking into account the clearances required around the unit.
2.
Remove the front cover of the DBU (four screws - one each corner see Fig. 20).
3.
Offer the DBU into position and mark the two fixing holes making sure it is level.
4.
Drill and plug the holes and secure the unit to the wall, using the plugs and screws supplied.
5.
The DBU will require pre-filling with water when the system is installed and pipework connected (see Commissioning
Section 5.2).
