3.0 Populating the Cabinet and Turn-up Checklist
Verify utility connections are correct. (Section 2.5, Connecting Utility Power)
Verify power supply is installed.
Verify batteries are wired according to the diagram on the enclosure door, and that the hardware is tightened to
the manufacturer's specifications.
Verify the SPI, tamper switch and communications modules are connected. (Section 2.8, Installing the XM3
Power Supply)
Verify lid and door are installed.
Verify utility power is connected.
Verify battery string is connected to the XM3 Power Supply.
Turn on battery breaker.
Battery alarm is clear.
After completing the checklist, the unit is ready to be placed into service.
