5�3�3 Thermal Management
To facilitate adequate air flow to cool the modules, leave minimum 1/2 RU space at both air in-take and air exhaust of
the LPS36 Compact. This applies to all mounting orientations. The three modes for thermal management are:
1. Natural convection cooling.
2. Forced air cooling without a fan tray.
3. Forced air cooling with a fan tray.
