TROUBLE SHOOTING
Before asking for repair service, please check :
Problem Causes Suggested solution
The appliance does not Connection is not well done Check all connections of the

No water Fill water tanks
Too much water Empty the internal water tank below
water level line MAX.
The appliance does not Mist maker is dirty Unplug the appliance, empty
make enough mist water and clean ceramic disc with
a cotton swab.
Take care to use always clean water.
Ceramic disc is working Contact your dealer or after sale
for 3000h service.
Mist goes out from Removable water tank Press A touch, open the cover and
control panel is not well fixed tight the water tank downwards to
fix it.
If your appliance still does not work, please contact your dealer or after sale service.
