3.13 Diagnostics 

Three Diagnostic tools are supported in the MMC1000xx including Diagnostics, 
Loopback test and Ping test. 
 

3.13.1 Diag

Self tests the UART in the MMC1000xx. 

DRAM Test: 

Self tests the DRAM used in the MMC1000xx. 

Flash Test:

 

Self tests the Flash Memory used in the MMC1000xx. 

Run:

 

Used to run the self tests.
