External control unit (PLC etc.) connected and sends electrical electrical energy to pump;
Electrical motor starts to operate gear pump unit for adjusted time period by external controller.
Lubricant inside reservoir is sended to pump outlet with pressure by gear pump unit. Pump working pressure
is set to 30 bars. by security relief valve. Working pressure can be set up to 100 bars.
Gear pump unit is send 250 cm³/minute amont of lubricant to pump outlet. Outlet volume of the
pump is connected to single line oil or liquid grease distributors. In operating period of pump, gear pump is
feed main line and distributors. After main line is pressurized, distributors feed lubrication points with only
single dosage. Completing lubrication period can be controlled in two way.
1. Optional pressure control can be used to take pressure signal from main line and stops the pump.
2. Operating period of pump can be adjusted with time intervals.
If pump continue to operate after all lubrication points are lubricated, security relief
valve activates and send over-lubricant in main line to pump reservoir.
After completing lubrication cycle, external control unit stop sending electrical signal to pump.
External control unit is programmed to wait a certain amount of time. Stoping electrical motor of the pump
couse by-pass line to be open. Lubricant inside main line is sended back to pump reservoir by by-pass system.
Single line system distributors are now redy to operate for another lubrication cycle.
