WARRANTY
• Alice’s Garden provides warranty for your product against all production faults, and material defects,
during a period of 2 years following the date of purchase by the consumer.
• If a piece is deemed as defective during the warranty period, the next step would be the will be the
repair or the replacement of the defective piece. The correct course of action will be decided by the
After-Sales team at Alice’s Garden.
• The Alice’s Garden (WALIBUY) warranty will cover the replacement of damaged pieces. The return/
delivery costs are at the expense of the buyer.
• The warranty is not valid in cases of abuse, incorrect use of the item, and non-authorised repairs
on the items.
• Our products are meant for personal and private use, using these goods in a professional environ-
ment automatically voids all warranties.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
• Damage, breakages, failures or faults caused by external factors.
• Breakages caused by modifying the construction, or the original features of the apparatus.
• Breakages to non-conforming pieces which were not present on delivery.
• Affordable repairs that don’t require the owner to dismantle the apparatus.
• Not respecting the assembly instructions.
• Repairs or damage to the car following repairs by someone other than a member of the Alice’s Gar-
den team, without receiving previous consent from a member of the after-sales team.
• Damage due to makeshift or provisional repairs.
• Damage due to corrosion, rusting, or poor connection.
• The replacement of missing pieces or pieces that were damaged on reception if they were not noted
on the delivery note.
• Replacing worn pieces.
