PROBLEM SOLVING
If there is an issue with the device, please check the following points before contacting our customer service:

No function Is the power cable connected? Connect the connecting cable to the mains.
Odours cannot be filtered. Are there strong or permanent odour sources
in the room?
Has the maximum service life of the HEPA
activated carbon filter been reached? Ensure sufficient fresh air supply before
commissioning the air purifier.
Replace the filter.
Device is too loud.
Has the plastic film been removed from the
filter element?
Has the maximum service life of the HEPA
activated carbon filter been reached?
Remove the filter from its plastic packaging and
reinsert it into the unit.
Replace the filter.
Only low filter performance. Is the space too large for the intended
performance air purifier? Use the air purifier only in rooms with a
maximum room size of 22 m².
