After the expiry of the warranty period, you still have the
possibility to have your product repaired at your own ex-
pense. If the repair or the estimate of costs is not free of
charge you will be informed accordingly in advance.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights. In order
for us to be able to allow you to return your goods free of
charge during the warranty period and to help us to pro-
cess your claim quickly and accurately, it is crucial that you
call or email us to request an RMA number (Return Ma-
terial Authorisation)
before you send an appliance back
to us.
