 press front casing with casing press jig:
Before assembling screws, use casing press jig to press front casing as shown in below picture.
(Pressure parameter: 0.3Mpa; Time: 8s);
 Press the front casing/frame with jig in oder to make speaker foam adhere to PCBA well.
Step2. Function pre-test (MMI test)
 After assembling screws on the front casing, please take one TP/LCD module and connect
the FPC with main PCBA (DO NOT assemble the TP/LCD adhesive) ; then proceed with function test
(MMI *#2886# test refer to 2.3) .
 Assemble screws:
I. assemble 15 screws on front casing;
II. Assemble 2 screws besides USB connector.
No need to
assemble the
TP/LCD adhesive
Connect TP/LCD
FPC with main
PCBA
