Please clean the damaged speaker part and foam, and use new one for repair, and follow below step
for re-assembly:
Firstly, Assembly the speaker with conductivity sticker
(PN: BPA287415926
)
to sub PCBA, and then
sticker the speaker foam
(PN: BRA287413761 )
to frame, it’s ready for speaker assembly before front casing
to frame.

Assemble TP sticker foam on front casing with jig:
