An alternative way to delete all messages is by touching the
Select all
button. To deselect all, tap
Deselect all
.
When you are ready to delete the selected messages, touch the delete
button
on the top right of the screen. Then you will be prompted to
confirm the deletion. Touch OK to confirm.
To set notifications for messages, go to your settings.

To access this function, touch
from the application list.
If this is the first time you have run the email app, you will be presented
with the new account wizard with a selection of email providers.
If this is not the first time, touch
and then touch and then touch
Add Account.
Touch the email provider for your account.
Enter your name, email address and password on the
New account
screen. Touch
Next
and then your email account will be setup.
Your phone must be connected to the internet via WiFi or 3G in
order to create your account. The email app doesn't allow you to
create a new email account. It only allows you to add an existing
email account. If you need a new email account, please create a new
account at your email provider's website before adding it to the
email app. Only certain email providers are supported.
To create and send emails

Touch the
icon from the Inbox screen

Enter recipient(s) email address(es) in the
To
field.
•
If necessary, touch
CC/BCC
to add a copy or a blind carbon copy to
the message.
•
Enter the subject and the content of the message.
