Troubleshooting
Tip:
If you experience a reactivity issue on your handset, memorize the date/time then go to the “service” menu:
HS logs -> Network -> No answer: MAC or APP counters => are they different than 0?
HS logs -> DECT link logs -> contains the 5 most recent "No answer from system" occurrences:
date/origin/reason to check if the link between the call server and the handset has not been broken.
