Baking mode
Note:
This mode is well-suited for cooking biscuit, bread, cake, pizza, etc.
•
Open the glass door (6) and insert the crumb tray (10).
•
Place the grill rack (8) on the lower rack guide and place the baking tray (9) on the grill rack (8). Place food
and close the glass door (6).

Open the glass door (6) and remove the food.
Hints
•
Preheat the appliance if the recipe recommends it. Preheating is necessary for good results when baking
cakes, cookies, pastry and breads. Setting a higher temperature does not shorten preheating time. Place
rack and tray in proper position before preheating.
•
Ensure the space between the rack and tray in order for the heat to be well distributed.
•
Cooked food and parts of the appliance get very hot and stay hot for some time after cooking. Do not touch
them with bare hands while in use or shortly after use.
Danger of burns!
•
Avoid opening the glass door too frequently to prevent heat loss.
•
The guide below is based on food at refrigerator temperature. Use it for reference only.
