You can find the maintenance issues which should be followed in order without bypassing. Throw

ing one or more of the issues back will result in decreasing service life of your device and circuitry.

•  Cleaning the heat exchanger
•  Controlling the burner and the electrodes
•  Balancing of the fan rotor
•  Cleaning the fan blades
•  Checking the thermostats and the sensors
•  Cleaning the syphon
•  Checking the condensate drain
•  Checking the pressure of the expansion vessels; filling up in case of low gas pressure
•  Checking the chimney leakage
•  Flue gas analysis and checking the quality of combustion
•  Gas leakage control with a leakage dedector or detergent foam after the gas valve and the gas
