Standard Equipment and Specifications

BASIC FEATURES

POWER UNIT

• Three cylinder / 40 hp Isuzu Tier 3 (Intermediate Tier 4) diesel.
• Four cycle, water cooled, in-line, direct injection engine.
• Special oil pan design for operating on slopes up to 60º.
• 12 volt / 40 amp electrical system.
• Pre-filled with Castrol Syntec or Castrol Edge with Syntec 5W40 Motor Oil.
• 4.23 gallon fuel tank capacity
• Dual directional fan automatically clears hood vents and radiator to preventing overheating.
• Integrated hour meter for tracking 250 hour service intervals.
• Two All-Terrain Rubber Tracks with steel cleats shall come installed from the factory.
• Each Track shall be 9-3/4” wide x 1-1/4” tick and feature a 2,425 lb load rating.
• Alternate track spike kit with rubber transport pads included.

REMOTE CONTROL CONSOLE

• Autec safety remote control system.
• Features remote engine ignition and throttle control.
• Simple toggle between low/high speed ranges.
• Potentiometer speed control within each range.
• Proportional track speed and steering control with joystick inverter switc.h
• Inverter shall switch to synchronize the joystick functions to match the direction of travel.
• Steering bias control compensation for drift on embankments.
• Bias control enhanced steering for environmentally sensitive areas.
• Low impact cutter shaft engagement with variable speed rotor control.
• Forward/reverse cutter shaft rotation control. 
• Proportional flail height adjustment control.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

• Prefilled with Panolin®HLP Synth E. biodegradable hydraulic oil.
• 5.5 gal hydraulic oil reservoir / 10.0 gal total hydraulic system capacity
• Reservoir includes a combination suction/pressurized return filter assembly.
• Return filter provides 10 micron absolute filtration to achieve and ISO 16/11 cleanliness rating.
• Attachment control system features a 3-spool, open center, electro-hydraulic valve.
• Cutting head utilizes two valve spools; one to raise/lower the mower and the other to open/close door.
• The third valve spool is used with other head applications.
• Four hydraulic pumps deliver 34.3 gpm total flow to the hydrostatic drive, flail drive circuit and hyd. controls.
• Hydrostatic drive circuit features two independent piston pumps rated at 7.9 gpm and 3,045 psi at 3,000 

rpm.

• Hydraulic control valve circuit features a gear pump rated at 3.5g/rpm and 2,610 psi at 3,000 rpm.
