Unpacking / Assembly
Danger!
The concrete mixer must not be
used until all parts have been
fitted.
44. Check the contents of the packaging. If there are any
parts missing, contact your dealer.
45. Take the concrete mixer out of the wooden crate with
the help of a second person.
Attaching the wheel support and support foot

46. Fold out the wheels and support foot all the way.
47. Bolt and secure the wheel support and support foot to
the frame:
Hexagon-head bolt
M8 x 16

Washers
Ø 8

Hexagon-head lock nut M 8
(2x)
The lugs on the frame must be located in the recesses
in the wheel support and support foot.
Attaching the handwheel

48. Screw off the hexagon-head bolt M12 x 45 and
hexagon-head lock nut M12. Remove and dispose off
the transport plate.
49. Attach the tension spring to the bore in the frame and to
the hook on the handwheel.
50. Place your foot on the base plate of the support foot
and pull up the handwheel.
51. Screw in the bolt.

52. Tighten the hexagon-head nut
– then unscrew by ¼
revolution (approx. 0.5 mm gap).
Information:
When released, the handwheel
must lock into position in the
retention plate.
Operation
Danger!
The concrete mixer must not be
operated if any parts (e.g.
guards) are missing or defective
or if the connection cable is
damaged.
Operating the concrete mixer
53. Place the concrete mixer horizontally on level, solid
ground. Do not place the concrete mixer on the
connection cable!
Information:
The drum must be able to swivel
to the right and left. Ensure that
there is space under the drum
for emptying the contents into a
wheelbarrow.
54. Lay the connection cable in such a way that it cannot be
kinked, crushed or damaged in any other way.
55. Plug the connection cable into the machine.
56. Plug the connection cable into the mains socket.

Transportation and storage
Warning!
The drum must be rotating when
it is being filled or emptied. Do
not overfill the drum!
60. If there are any prolonged breaks in work, disconnect
the power and safeguard the concrete mixer to prevent
it from being switched on by unauthorised persons.
Transportation
Danger!
Before moving the concrete
mixer, always pull out the
machine plug.
61. Swivel down the filler opening.
62. If transporting the concrete mixer by vehicle, fold in the
feet after removing the bolts.
63. Secure the concrete mixer to prevent it from moving.
Maintenance
Danger!
Before carrying out any work on
the concrete mixer, switch off
the concrete mixer, wait until the
drum has come to a standstill
and disconnect the power. The
concrete mixer may be repaired
by authorised specialist
companies only.
