15 TRANSLATION OF ORIGINAL EC/EU DECLARATION OF INCORPORATION
In accordance with the EC Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC Appendix II, Section B, we declare under
our sole responsibility that the technical documentation for the partly completed machinery described
below complies with the requirements of the Directive 2006/42/EC, Appendix VII, Section B and the
basic requirements of the Directive 2006/42/EC, in particular for the sections listed below.

Furthermore, we declare that the specific technical documents have been prepared in accordance with
Appendix VII, Part B and undertake to submit them to the national supervisory authorities in written or
electronic form upon request.
Commissioning of the partly completed machinery is prohibited until it has been established that the
machinery into which the partly completed machinery is to be incorporated complies with the 2006/42/
EC provisions of the Directive.
