40 Robotic lawn mower
Error message Possible cause Solution
Robotic lawn mower does
not touch charging contacts.
Put robotic lawn mower into base station and
check if charging contacts make contact
Have charging contacts checked and rene-
wed by a service partner
CN099: Recov es-
cape
Automatic fault rectification
not possible.
Rectify fault manually.
CN104: Battery
over heating
Battery overheating - battery
temperature above 60 °C,
not discharging possible
Emergency switch-off by monitoring electronic
control unit. Do not place robotic lawn mower on
base station. Switch off robotic lawn mower and
let battery cool down.
CN110: Blade mo-
tor over heating
Overheated mowing motor,
temperature > 80 °C
Switch off robotic lawn mower and let it cool
down. If this reoccurs, have robotic lawn mower
checked by a service partner.
CN119: R-Bumper
deflected
CN120: L-Bumper
deflected
Robotic lawn mower has en-
countered an obstacle and
cannot move clear for safety
reasons, e.g. collisions close
to base station.
Remove obstacle and acknowledge fault mes-
sage.
CN128: Recov Im-
possible
Obstacle encountered or
outside loop -> reversing not
possible, robotic lawn mo-
wer cannot free itself.
Remove obstacle, check cover deflection.
CN129: Blocked
WL
Left wheel motor blocked. Remove blockage.
CN130: Blocked
WR
Right wheel motor blocked. Remove blockage.
