Trouble Shooting Guide
Should you have any trouble installing the Tv, please consult the guide below before calling the
Technical Help Line below

Set Dead No Led lit
Power not connected to the Tv
Ensure the power lead is firmly fitted
and the tv is switched on
Set dead Standby Led lit Red

Check all aerial connections. If using
an indoor aerial have an external
aerial fitted.

Care of the Screen
Clean the screen with a slightly damp, soft cloth. Do not use abrasive solventsas they may
damage the TV screen coating layer.
