WARRANTY CONDITIONS:

2. All the components of the product is entirely under warranty.
3. If the product turns out to be defected, the consumer could use one his/her following rights
that are stated the consumer protection law number 6502, article 11;
a-
Cancellation of the agreement.
b-
Demanding a discount off the sales price.
c-
Demanding repair free of charge
ç-
Demanding a new replacement product.
4. If the consumer choses to demand repair free of charge, the retailer has the liability to repair
the product or have the product repaired without charging any fee whatsoever such as spare
part price or craftsmanship fee. The consumer can use this right against the manufacturer or
the importer as well. The retailer, the importer and the manufacturer are all liable againt the
consumer by sequence.
5. If the consumer choses to demand repair free of charge,
- In the case that the product malfunctions within the warranty period,
- In the case that the maximum time for repair is exceeded,
- If the authorized service, the retailer, the importer or the manufacturer determines by report
that it is not possible to repair the product, the consumer can demand a the return of the
product, or a discount in the sales price in correspondence to the level of defect, or demand
replacement with a new product from the retailer. The retailer can not deny the consumer’s
demand. In the case that the consumers demand is not fulfillled, the retailer, the importer and
the manufacturer are all liable againt the consumer by sequence.
6. Maximum repair time can not exceep 20 work days. If the malfunction occured during the
warranty period, the maximum repair time starts after the customer notifies the authorized
service station or the retailer of the malfunction. If the malfunction occored after the
expiration of the warranty period, the maximum repair time starts after the consumer delivers
the product to the authorized service station. If the product can’t be repaired within 10 days,
the manufacturer or the importer is obliged to provide a substitute product to the consumer
for the time being. If the malfunction occurs during the warranty period, the elapsed repair
time is added onto the warramty period.
7. Malfunctions caused by the any type usage that is outside of the product’s intented usage
stated in the user’s manual, is out of the warranty scope.

9. Consumers could apply to the local consumer arbitrary committee or the consumer courts, if
they encounter problems exercising their rights based on warranty.
10. If the retailer does not provide this Warranty Card, the consumer could apply to the Consumer
Protection and Market Custody Head Office of the Ministry of Customs and Trade.
