COMPATIBILIY LIST
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
VGA card preparation
.
Unplug the stock cooler fan connector.
. Undo all screws or pins securing the original cooler and remove from the card.

Clean the surface of RAM and GPU chips.
Note: Use Isopropyl or Akasa Timclean to remove thermal grease residue.
Freedom Force cooler installation
. Attach the aluminium heatsinks (part A) to each RAM chip (on the GPU
side of the VGA card) by removing protective liner from the heatsinks and
gently pressing it down once located correctly over the RAM chips and
RAM DAC (GTX 200 series only)
Note: The self adhesive thermal tapes are not reusable. If you need
to reattach the heatsinks replace the thermal tapes with akasa
AK-TT12-80.
. Apply the thermal compound (part C) on the GPU surface; a thin layer
over the entire surface is ideal, extra thermal compound will not improve
performance.
PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY
The Freedom Force cooler is compatible with
three types of mounting dimensions:
Type A 61.5mm distance between the centers
of the mounting holes
Type B
53.2mm distance between the centers
of the mounting holes
Type C 43.2mm distance between the centers
of the mounting holes
