Troubleshooting

If your heater fails to operate, or you experience any other problem with the 
appliance, check in the table below for solutions to common problems that 
may be solved without a service call.

The appliance 

will not switch 

on.

The plug is not connected.

Insert the plug firmly into 

the mains power socket.

The mains power socket is 

not supplying power.

Check the house’s mains 

fuse or circuit breaker.

The appliance 

is not 

providing 

heat.

The main switch is not 

switched on.

Set the Power On/Off 

switch to “I”.

The heating element is 

defective.

Contact our after sales 

support centre.

If none of the solutions offered above help you solve the problem, then please 
contact our after sales support line for advice or to arrange a service.

Before attempting any maintenance or cleaning the heater,  

make sure it is switched off and disconnected from the power supply,  

and has sufficiently cooled down for safe handling.

Do not attempt to open the heater and repair it yourself.  

Any repairs must be carried out by a qualified technician.
