TROUBLESHOOTING THE APPLIANCE
PROBLEM POSSIBLE SOLOUTION
The headphones won’t
charge. Try a different USB charging cable or AC adapter to see if the
fault lies with the included USB cable.
I can’t find the
‘A58078’
Bluetooth device. Make sure the earphones are in pairing mode.
Press the Play/Pause button for about 4 seconds until the red
and blue indicator lights flash alternately. Please check if your
Bluetooth device has already connected with another set of
headphones automatically. If so, disconnect them.
I can’t connect to my
phone. Make sure the headset is charged. Make sure the headset is
within 10 meters (33 feet) of the phone, with no solid objects in
between. Check or redo the Bluetooth settings in the phone.
Try to pair the headset again.

3. Store the headphones in a cool, dry
place.
