Simple Adjustment

*  Apply aging for approx. 20 minutes before adjustment.

*  Repeat whole through the steps (1 to 6) for adjustment.

CUT OFF Adjustment :

1. Input white luster signal by the pattern generator.
2. Set the cutoff value of the most prominent color on the screen to “128”, and

adjust other two cutoff values in order to produce a white screen, using the
 or - key on the jig remote control.

DRIVE Adjustment :

3. Use the  or - key on the jig remote control to increase the

G DRIVE value so that the screen becomes reddish.

4. Then, lower the value till a green tinge disappears.
5. Use the  or - key on the jig remote control to increase the B DRIVE

value so that the screen becomes bluish.

6. Then, lower the value till a blue tinge disappears.
7. Repeat the steps 1 to 6 so that the screen is tinged with white.  (Fig. 2-6)

Note : After adjustment, be sure to apply SBT: Sub-Brightness Adjustment.

1. Connect the digital voltmeter to the test point.
2. Input the specified input signal to RF ANT to receive 199.25MHz.
3. Use the  or - key to adjust the voltage level at the test point to 3.5 

±

0.5VDC.  (Fig. 3-1)

1. Connect the digital voltmeter to the test point.
2. Take a measurement of the electric field level of the acquired pattern generator.
3. Use the  or - key to adjust the voltage level close or equivalent to

the electric field level specified in Fig. 3-2.
