If you start the compressor and the overload cutout operates again, stop the
compressor and disconnect from the power supply and have your compressor
examined by a qualified service agent.

MAINTENANCE

DRAIN THE RESERVOIR (DAILY)

After use, always open the drain valve to make sure that any condensate is
drained off as shown on page 13.

CLEAN THE AIR FILTER

The air filter should be examined every 200 hours or more in dusty conditions.

1. Remove the plastic cowl to

access the filter. To do this,
remove the 4 x retaining bolts/
washers and unscrew the
retaining ring from the reset
button. Lift away the cowl.

2. Unscrew the filter from the

cylinder head.

3. Clean the filter using a soft brush.

If necessary, the filter can be
carefully cleaned in warm soapy
water.

Rinse and let the filter dry
completely before refitting.

If the filter is damaged, you must
replace it.

4. Refit the air filter to the compressor.

5. Refit the plastic cowl to the compressor using the reset button retaining ring

and bolts as above.
