Operation

Setup

1. Ground striper with grounding clamp if using flam-

mable materials.

2. Fill throat packing nut with TSO.

3. Check engine oil level. See Briggs & Stratton engine 

manual.

4. Fill fuel tank. See Briggs & Stratton engine manual. 

5. Check that tires are inflated to recommended 

pressure.

The equipment must be grounded to reduce the risk 
of static sparking. Static sparking can cause fumes to 
ignite or explode. Grounding provides an escape wire 
for the electric current.
