Repair

7.

Insert punch into rear of gun. Tap out 

needle.

Cleaning

Clean all parts and cavities thoroughly with 
a compatible solvent. Dry with a rag or com-
pressed air. Replace any parts that are worn 
or damaged.

Reassemble

1.

Grease o-rings of new needle using 
non-silicon grease.

2.

Guide new needle into gun.

An insertion tool is provided in needle kit 

235474. This tool helps prevent damage to 

needle.

3.

Position insertion tool from kit over end 

of needle. Tap end of tool using a 

non-sparking hammer until needle is 

securely in place.
