6. ASSEMBLING INSTRUCTIONS
6.3 Installation Location and Conditions
Hermetic Combi boiler should be installed to a place where the local authorities and regulations permit. The system installation
should permit to discharge the exhaust gas and suck the fresh air.
Enviromental conditions (wind, rain, humidity, snow, frost etc.) could have bad affects on the appliance and could result the
termination of the warranty, so that the combi boiler must be installed to a well ventilated and protective place.
The wall must have a strength of 35 kg for hanging of the combi boiler and non flammable material.
Do not install the combi boiler to the place where the combustible and explosive chemicals are stored.
If the combi boiler is being replaced (with the old one); clean all the pipework before installation.
Automatic safety vent should be connected to the waste water system.
Domestic hot water system pressure is 10 bar.
Often re-pressurizing of the Sealed central heating system water is not recommended. There is the risk of calsification in
the heat exchanger.
Filters should be installed to the Sealed central heating system flow and return lines.
Domestic hot water inlet : 1/2" stop valve and filter
Sealed central heating system return : 3/4" stop valve and filter
A mains of 220 Volt / 50 Hz is required. Make sure to use a voltage regulator if there is high deviations.
6.4 Installation
A. Hanging the Combi Boiler to the wall
Position the wall mounting template.
Mark the holes on the wall.
Drill holes as required..
Attach the wall bracket on to the wall.
Check the horizantal levelling.
Remove the combi boiler casing.
Hang the boiler on the wall bracket.
Caution:
There should be adequate space around the appliance
for service and maintenance as shown at the figure.
