THINGS TO DO BEFORE CALLING AUTHORIZED SERVICE

By overviewing the points below, you can troubleshoot thus you can
save time and money.
1-Device is not working.
• Check the device for electricity connection, be sure that plug is
connected to socket and power switch is not in off position.
• Check for fuse shortage.
2-In cooling mode room temperature doesn't decrease.
• Check the temperature settings.
• Avoid the direct sunlight toward room.
• Don't keep the door, windows and curtains open.
• Be sure that air intake or inner and outer outlet is not blocked.
• In room, don't use devices like hair dryer, oven etc.
• Check the air filter for clog.
• Be sure that there is not so many people in the room.
3-In heating mode room temperature doesn't increase.
• Check the temperature settings.
• Don't keep the door, windows and curtains open.
• Check the outdoor temperature if it is too low. (Below 0ºC ).
• Be sure that air conditioner is not frozen.
• Check device state for freeze protection mode.
• Check the batteries of the remote control
