176-) Flip the aileron. Cut two 5/8’’ dowels,

1’’ long and make a small pilot hole in

them. Bevel the sides of the dowels until
they fit perfectly between ribs A3 as shown.

177-) Apply some glue inside the aileron

cavity and press the dowels flush.

178-) From the wing, transpose the hinge

locations on the aileron and make a small hole

using a pencil tip.

179-) Cut six pieces of 3/8’’ square, 3’’

long and bond them inside the aileron, in

line with the hinge lines.
