91-) Cut the 3/8’’ aluminum  tube 7 ½’’ 

long. Cut the 5/8’’ aluminum  tube at 14 ½’’ 

long and “wax” them. Set them aside 15-
minutes. 

92-) Install the phenolics and tubes into the 

fuselage and slide the tubes in place with 

their external phenolics. Do not bond yet.

93-) Set both stab in position, assuring that 

the phenolics do not shift position. 

94-) Set an incidence meter on both panels. 

You must have a 0-degree reading. 

Adjust/shave as required.
