Section 2 – Requirements
4. BSP UPGRADE PROCEDURE
This section contains the procedures used to
upgrade the BSP for the API-FDX module on a
system which has a previous version of the API-FDX BSP installed. This procedure describes
the steps which must be taken to upgrade both the host PC driver software and the onboard
target driver software.
The BSP is available on CD from AIM or via a download from
AIM-Online . Appendix A
contains instructions for performing the download.
To properly update the API-FDX BSP:
a. Remove the old Driver and BSP by following the procedures described in
Section 3.4.

Install the new BSP
as described in Section 3.2
