INTRODUCTION
Thank you for deciding to purchase the Pencil Grip from Aidapt. The Pencil Grip is
manufactured from the finest materials available. When used correctly it is
designed to give many years of reliable, trouble-free service.
BEFORE USE
Carefully remove all packaging. Avoid using any knives of other sharp instruments
as this may damage the surface of the product.
Check the product for any visible damage If you see any damage or suspect a fault,
do not use your product, but contact your supplier for support.
INTENDED USE
The Pencil Grip is an affordable, comfortable writing aid for those who have trouble
gripping. The Pencil Grip is popular with users who suffer from arthritis, who often
find gripping a normal pencil for writing to be difficult or painful.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

The pencil grip can be used with any standard-sized pencil – whether it has
a smooth, round or faceted circumference.

Slip the pencil through the hole in the centre of the pencil grip, pushing
the grip as far along the pencil as is required to reach a comfortable
position for gripping the pencil to write.

The Pencil Grip can be removed and replaced as necessary; holding the
pencil grip firmly pull the pencil out, with small side to side movements if
necessary.
CLEANING
Clean your Pencil Grip using a non-abrasive cleaner or mild detergent with a soft
cloth. Abrasive cleaners e.g. AJAX and/ or abrasive cleaning pads may damage the
product beyond repair and should not be used. Always ensure that you wipe dry
the equipment after cleaning.
REISSUE
If you reissue or are about to reissue this product, please thoroughly check all
components for their safety.
If in any doubt, please do not issue or use, but immediately contact your
supplier for service support.
