BEFORE OPERATING
Before using the stapler, make sure that

Trigger and safety lever works as follows:
1. Make sure that the stapler in not connected to the pneumatic hose and that the nail
holder is empty.
2. Make sure the trigger and contact safety trip mechanism move up and down without
any sticking
.
3. Connect the pneumatic hose to the stapler.
4. Press the contact safety trip mechanism against the workpiece without pulling the
trigger. Tool must not work.
5. Hold the tool clear of the workpiece. Pull the trigger, tool must not work.
6. Never use the tool if safety lever doesn’t work correctly.
7. Remove the machine from the pneumatic network .
Using the stapler, loading
Push the release lever and pull the nail holder back.
Make sure that you crowns are suitable for this stapler (check
specifications).
Enter the crowns to the holder. Make sure that the crowns are clean and
that they are inserted correctly.
Push the nail holder back so that the release lever locks.
Connect the stapler into the compressor with the pneumatic hose. Make sure
that hose can stand the working pressure and that it has the right type of
coupling.
Adjust the pressure to the minimum recommended level (check
specifications). Turn the safety lever situated under the trigger sideward.
Depress the staples against the workpiece and after this pull the trigger to
drive a fastener. Release the trigger right after fastener is driven. Move the
tool to next location and repeat the above procedure.
Test the stapler to wood in order to check if the nail reaches the right
depth. If the nail goes too deep/through the wood, adjust the air pressure.
Do not exceed the advised maximum pressure.
Make sure that there are no cables, wires or pipes in the nailing area.
Do not try to use the stapler if the nail holder is empty.
Protect your eyes and ears. Wear safety glasses with side shields. Wear
hearing protection. Employers and users are responsible for ensuring the
user or anyone near the tool wear this safety protection.
