NAILER’S MAINTENANCE
DISCONNECT THE NAILER FROM THE PNEUMATIC NETWORK.
Removal of stuck nails.
The nail is stuck in the shooting area.
If
needed, loosen the end plate’s screws and remove the protective plate.
Remove the stuck nail with pliers.
The nail is stuck inside the chamber.
Place the nail feeder to the backside position so that it locks. Remove the
stuck nails from the chamber.
Check and replace any part of the machine that is worn and damaged.
LUBRICATION
Disconnect the machine from the pneumatic network before lubrication.
The nailer should be lubricated before using for the first time.
Turn the nailer upside down and place a drop of lubricating oil into the nailer
through the pneumatic connector. Use the machine immediately after
lubrication.
Excess oil will damage the O-ring washers and cause operational
malfunctions.
A daily lubrication is enough in continuous operations.
CLEANING
Never use gasoline or other inflammable liquids to clean the tool. The
steam inside the machine can cause an explosion.
Remove any dirt accumulated outside the nailer using the pneumatic
compressor, clean and lubricate the safety mechanism with compressor
tool oil whenever necessary. Do not use lubrication oil in excess. Check the
safety protection function before using the device.
The nailer, connectors and tubes should be protected against dirt. Coarse
dust, sand, etc. can cause malfunctions, leaks and damage both nailer and
connectors.
