10.2.1 Maintenance
Maintenance interval:
- Devices with brine circuit:
2 times a year
Devices with “Air” mode or
“Hybrid without brine circuit”: 1 time a year
- or according to separate maintenance agreement
between AHT and the customers.
Performing the maintenance:
Follow the separate maintenance instructions and
maintenance protocols. These are available to the
qualified staff.
10.2.2 Changing the lamps:
Lamps used:
- LED bars
- Fluorescent tubes (horizontal interior lighting at the
top of the device, only for devices of type R-134a)
In the case of failure of a lamp, please contact the
maintenance service (see

chapter 10.4.).

1. Disconnect the device.
2. Secure the device against

CAUTION
Breakage of fluorescent tubes.

tubes. Wear protective gloves.

the possibly damaged goods.

Battery change control:
On indication of the fault code E11 (see

Chapter
4.3.1), contact the maintenance service immediately
(see
→
Chapter 10.4).
For the sake of completeness of data (date, time),
an uninterrupted power supply through this built-in
battery is required.
Performing the battery replacement:
Observe the separate instructions for battery
replacement (safe removal and replacement). This is
available to the qualified staff.
Battery type: According to instructions for changing
the battery.

10.3 What to do if…
All devices are thoroughly tested for performance
and safety in the AHT testing center.
If a fault occurs (see also

chapter 9.3) or on
failure of the operating and display elements (see
→
Chapter 4.3), contact the maintenance service
immediately (see
→
Chapter 10.4) and report the
following:
- Device type,
- Serial number of the device (see power rating plate
→
Chapter 2.2.1 / additional stickers on the device;
see
→
Fig. 13),
- Type of fault.
