MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

The warranty for the main unit makes 24 months, for the medication chamber – 6

months as from the date of acquisition.

The warranty is valid subject to availability of a warranty card filled out by a duly

authorized representative confirming the date of sale and also of the relevant receipt.

The warranty does not cover the consumable parts, components and constituent

elements, namely: protective cap, battery, tip / nozzle, carrying bag, micro-USB

cable, face masks (S, M), condensate pot, package.

The warranty and free maintenance service are not provided in case:

- the device is used with violation of the requirements set by the operation manual;

- damage is caused by consumer’s willful or wrong actions as a result of improper

or negligent use;

- traces of mechanical effect (dents, cracks, chips, etc.), tampering, dismantling,

traces of repairs outside the authorized technical service center, traces of ingress

of moisture into the case or effect of corrosives, or of any other outside interfer

ence with the device design are observed on the device case, and also in other

cases of violation by the consumer of the rules of storage, cleaning, transporta-

tion and maintenance of the device stipulated by the operation manual;

- penetration of oil, dust, insects, liquids (not intended for the use with devices)

and other foreign matters inside the device.

The warranty does not cover the defects (faults) of the device caused by the

following reasons:

- normal wear and tear of component parts with a limited service life;

- damage caused to accessories and nozzles which do not form an integral part of

the device (protective cap, battery, tip / nozzle, carrying bag, micro - USB cable,

face masks (S, M), condensate pot, package);

- deposition of sediment on the medication chamber (grid / membrane) irrespec-

tive of the used inhalation solution;

- use of low-quality accessories and nozzles, or the accessories and nozzles which

reached the end of their service life;

- force majeure circumstances (accident, fire, flood, electrical power failures, etc.).
