CHANGING SOCKETS:

CAUTION:  Always make sure both the
switch is off and the tool is unplugged
before changing sockets or accessories.

Only use sockets designed for use with
impact wrenches. Make sure that the
socket is fully engaged onto the anvil.

CAUTION: Never use hand-tool type
sockets. These are not designed for the
impact loads this machine creates and
could shatter, causing a hazardous
situation.

This machine is designed to use either lock-
pin type sockets or hog-ring type sockets.

To install lock pin type sockets:

First pull the rubber ring out of the groove to
expose the pin and remove it. Place the
socket on the anvil and then put the pin in
the hole to lock. Then replace the rubber
ring in the groove to hold the pin in place.

To install hog ring type sockets:

Firmly push the socket all the way onto the
anvil (it will be a tight fit).

TRIGGER SWITCH:

This is a variable speed tool. Increasing the
pressure on the trigger will increase the
speed. To stop, release trigger.

REVERSING SWITCH

For clockwise rotation switch to FWD
position. For counterclockwise rotation
switch to REV position. Before operation
,always double check reversing switch
position.

WARNING:
Always wait for the tool to come to a full
stop before changing direction of rotation.

TIGHTENING TORQUE:

Different diameters lengths,and classes of

requirements.
Tightening to the proper torque is essential
to avoid either damage to fastener or
undue looseness. Therefore make a habit of
always testing your work with a torque
wrench. Torque increases  proportionately
with trigger  pressure and fastening time.
Always try to keep these factors consistent
for a given workpiece. Take great care not

aluminum. Always tighten to final torque by
hand with a torque wrench on critical
items.(such as engine cylinder head nuts).

NOTE:Tightening torque is affected by the
following factors:

Clockwise

Counterclockwise

Reversible switch
