Troubleshooting
The machine does not turn on Check the power cable, the correct
insertion of the plug, and the electricity
in the electrical outlet.
Check the main power switch
(bottom 11)
The machine does not dispense Check that the tank is full of water
and correctly positioned (remove and
reposition).
Coffee does not get hot enough Preheat the cups with hot water.
Change the coffee temperature as indi-
cated in the manual on page 7.
Descaling as indicated in the manual on
page 8.
The door does not open
Please turn off the machine and wait
for a few minutes: as it cools down, the
pressure decreases, then try to open
again.
The machine is noisy
Check that the tank is full of water
and correctly positioned (remove and
reposition).
The machine switches off
The machine switches off after 25 min-
utes of inactivity, thus reducing energy
consumption.
All the lights flash
Turn off the machine, wait for 1 minute
and turn it on again.
Stuck capsule
Switch off the machine, empty the used
capsule drawer, open and close the
door.
