Bluetooth errors 

 

If you don’t have your phone’s Bluetooth turned on (or are using a device lacking 
Bluetooth), you will see the following error screen: 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

To resolve: 

1. Turn on their device’s Bluetooth, or; 

2. Make sure the device’s Bluetooth is not connected to a third device. 

3. Setup their eero using the serial number (found below the barcode).
