 Operation and Service Guide

General Information

Storage and Shipment 

Environment 

The instruments should be stored in a clean, dry environment. The following 
limitations apply to both storage and shipment: 

Original Packaging 

Containers and materials identical to those used in factory packaging are 
available through Agilent Technologies offices. If the instrument is being 
returned to Agilent Technologies for servicing, attach a tag indicating the 
type of service required, return address, model number, and serial number. 
Also, mark the container FRAGILE to assure careful handling. In any corre-
spondence, refer to the instrument by model number and serial number.
