Introduction
This
chapter
demonstrates
several
types
of
impedance
measurements
that
can
be
made
with
the
4285A
and
its
accessories
.
Each
example
includes
the
DUT's
specications
,
equipment
required,
measurement
conditions
,
and
operation
procedures
.
The
basic
procedures
to
perform
these
measurements
are
the
same
as
the
